Ms. Gray is National Training Director for the company, responsible for the implementation of training procedures for educational advisors and the development of their skills and proficiency in the various processes used for lead generation and marketing campaign deployment.

Previously she was Enrollment advisor for Kaplan University and Administrative Assistant for the State of Florida where she gained practical experience in training procedures as well as the operational aspects of Educational advisement. Ms Gray is currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication at Florida A&M University.
