	JoAnn Zarick Executive Assistant to Chairman Brown jzarick@mlxdirect.com Ms. Zarick is the Executive Assistant to Chairman Brown. As Executive Assistant, Ms. Zarick works closely with Chairman Brown and is directly responsible for the executive support functions associated with his office. Ms. Zarick is a certified Google AdWords Professional and has over 25 years experience in business administration and management with a strong emphasis in both conventional and internet marketing. Prior to her joining Marketlinkx Direct Inc, she served as an independent Internet Marketing Consultant providing pay-per-click management and other Internet-based marketing solutions for business owners nationwide. Ms. Zarick is currently working towards a B.A. in Business Management.

	Abiel Socorro President and C.O.O. abiel@mlxdirect.com Mr. Socorro is the company's Chief Operating Officer, directly responsible for General and Operational Management. He also ensures that the many departments and platforms of MLX Direct Inc. work together effectively and adhere to the business process guidelines. Mr. Socorro has over 16 years experience in the development, operations and management of full-service contact centers both at home and abroad with an emphasis on communications, educational services and new technologies. Mr. Socorro attended Oakton College in Des Plaines, IL. Previously, he occupied the position of Vice President and Co-founder of Teleservices Jamaica Ltd. where he developed two large Contact Centers totaling 720 seats providing services for Capital One, Chase Bank, and ATT. The company was later acquired by West Teleservices. He also served as Senior Manager of Business Development at Verizon International and was an integral part developing the call center industry in the Dominican Republic, having built over 3,000 workstations. He is currently active on the Board of Directors of several foundations and marketing companies in South Florida including the Ezell Brown Foundation.

	Joe Mazon VP of Administration jmazon@mlxdirect.com Mr. Mazon is the company's Vice President of Administration, responsible for the development and implementation of administrative functions for Marketlinkx Direct Inc. and its divisions and departments. Mr. Mazon provides direction and support for the company's policies and strategies and promotes efficient communication to enable the various divisions of the company to work closely together. His extensive background as a marketing, production and administration executive for the entertainment industry and its trade associations includes Xenon Entertainment Group, Video Software Dealers Association and Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc. He holds a B.A. in International Business from FIU in Florida.
