Mrs. Brown oversees the company's strategic planning, financial organization development, and fiscal compliance. She provides support, leadership and supervision to the accounting department and directly supervises accounting staff members. As CFO she has direct responsibility for the implementation of the company's financial policies and objectives and ultimately to the shareholders for the effectiveness of the company's financial planning.
Mrs. Brown has over 18 years experience in the analysis, development, and implementation of Accounting Procedures with an emphasis on the skills needed to operate full services Marketing Companies. Ms. Brown attended Mountainview College in Dallas, Texas.
Previously, she served as Accounting Manager for B&B Marketing in Dallas, Texas, a company specializing in Health Insurance, Financial Services and other marketing verticals. She was also CFO for Viatech, whose revolutionary software applications included predictive dialers and 'fuzzy logic' technology. As CFO of Centaurus Marketing and Communications, which started out as part of the EDS and Amdahl family, with over 400 employees she gained additional experience in the management of fast-growing marketing companies.
Mrs. Brown is currently active on the Board of Directors of several companies and foundations in South Florida including the Ezell Brown Foundation and she actively supports efforts to increase awareness regarding women who have encountered abuse and mistreatment. |

Steve Frank

Mr. Frank is Controller for Marketlinkx Direct Inc. and its divisions and departments. He is responsible for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results.
Mr.Frank brings over 16 years experience as a CPA in both public and private accounting. His career began at nationally renowned accounting firm Deloitte & Touche as an Accountant and since that time has included a combination of small privately held firms and large multi-national companies. .
Mr. Frank holds a B.S Degree in Economics from the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida,as well as a B.S Degree in Accounting from FAU,Boca Raton,Florida. He is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, the Accounting Honor Society and is a certified CPA since 1991.
